What is the name of your state? Georgia but we are in Federal court as the case covers many, many jurisdictions.
Accident occurred on 10/16/00.
WC case went to court and we won on 02/14/02 received 100% occupational disability.
We have been waiting for close to 3 years for this to settle. My hubby was hit from behind by another semi. He was a passenger in the semi that was hit.
We have finally completed the interrogatories and now are waiting for the depositions to begin.
The date that discovery is scheduled to end is on 07/26/03.
Can anyone give me any ideas what to expect next??!?!
This has just been going on for so long that we are very frustrated.
It has financially drained us, as my hubby has not been able to work since the accident.
