My brother was in an accident in the parking lot at his high school. He was making a left turn into a perpendicular parking space. He had to wait because of pedestrians. Girl behind him decided to go around him on left side as he was finally able to pull in. She went into the oncoming lane and hit the front driver side of his car and kept going, causing extensive damage to both cars. Police report named her at fault, but after her insurance company sent out an adjustor, the insurance company decided the police report was wrong from the adjustor's pictures. They totalled his car, and won't give any money or replace or fix. Said it was his word against hers. He only had liability insurance on his car so our insurance company won't fix and the sue for money. What can we do to fight it?
