getting payment from ins

What is the name of your state? California

I was hit from behind and the other person's ins is paying to repair my car and also for a rental car but they are not paying for the rental ins. I was not told this when they told me to contact enterprise rent a car. I feel I should not have to pay this. Also would I be able to get compensation for my time, frustration and mental stress of having to deal with all this?

you are on the hook for the extra insurance you purchased on the rental car. That stuff is not mandatory to buy. Go ahead and cancel it while you still have the car. if you are using a gold card (visa/mastercard) or an american express for the rental, those cards already provide the extra insurance coverage.

you are not entitled to recover money for frustration and mental stress in dealing with one of life's problems. your damages are being taken care of.
