Getting screwed

What is the name of your state? indiana

I had my car stolen back in march of this year. My insureance company has been giving me the run around since then. On Friday June 24th, They had me come in for a sworn statement. The insureance lady was there, the lady who did the typing, and some guy wom I had never met and was not introdused to.
My big concern is they started asking questions that probaly should have been asked back in March. Half of it I can barely remember, not to mention they were asking questions that don't even have anything too do with a car theft. Toward the end of the meeting,I started feeling like they were trying to make me out to be the bad guy,and it still seems that way. My boss said that I should talk to a lawyer and see about getting one. What do you think?

My response:

You needed to come here to get someone's "permission", "agreement", or "approval" for you to see an attorney?
