A neighbor drove my daughter home from school and parked her golfcart in my driveway which slants down. She left the cart on and in gear with the brake on. She invited my 6 year old daughter to play at their house. As she was climbing in to the golfcart, my daughter's foot hit the brake pedal, releasing it. The golf cart advanced forward into the back of my van. The van sustained minimal damage, but the golfcart was badly damaged.What is my obligation as her parent?
