I Was in a accident in nov. I have full coverage on my insurance we were both at fault and now she is suing me for property, medical neglegence for over 25,000. Doesnt my insurence cover that? they paid my car.

You need to forward the suit papers ASAP to your insurance company. Send them certified return receipt. Your carrier has a contractual duty to defend you in this matter. They will refer this to one of their lawyers. His obligation is to YOU and not the company so listen to him and cooperate.
