In July my 5speed rolled backwards a few feet in a parking lot and rested against the bumper of the car behind it. At the time, I thought I was insured at the time because my deceased husband had purchased and I thought paid for 1 year in advance. Anyhow, the policy had lasped and 2 months later I was served for no insurance. I go to court tomorrow. How much trouble am I in? I don't have much money and I'm really worried. Thank you for any help you can provide.
