I was in an accident, and left the scene on foot because the other party got out and chased us. So i was charged with Careless driving caused bodily injury, failed to notify police fo accident, and Failed to remain at scene to give info to police. These are traffic and misdemanor charges, does anyone have any idea at what penealty I could be looking at?
