I have recently involved in an accident, the police report said that it not my fault and the insurance already paid everything. Now, i got a phone call from the court said that i need to appear in court because the other person came to court on the court date. The judge said that he feel the need to reopen the case, what should i do? if somehow the judge rule it is my fault, will i have to repay all the money i got off the insurance? please help me, i am really worry.

No. Cases that get settled inside of court doesn't always effect the pay out with the same claim being handled by an insurance carrier. Especially after they make the payout.
Unless they have discriminating evidence to rule against your favor. Then the other person could appeal with his/her insurance company to open the claim again.

To answer your question again, no. Both authorities have different ways of thinking.

The judge has nothing to do with the insurance companies. They've already paid .
