What is the name of your state?arizona ,a truck backed out to hit me ii my door ,no damage to his ,3000.oo to mine admites fault ,no insurance card POLICE CALLED NO REPORT ,exchange info ,not his truck ,lied about address ,no drivers license,and V.I.N no. dont match vehicles also on private property ,did locate him said dont have any money ,so do what you need to do ,,,,HELP WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!
