Help!! Hit Someone....no Insurance!!

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? FLORIDA OH MY GOSH!! SO WORRIED... okay, so yesterday i hit a nice little family on their way out to dinner as i was leaving work... hit them in the side/ rear passenger side. not really a big deal.. no serious injuries, but some serious damage to their 3 day old mini van. but when i got home and called my soon to be ex husband about my little accident... he informed me that he had me removed from the policy about a week ago when it came time for us to renew our policy.... can i be arrested now?? what could be the consequenses for me..?? is there help at all?? or am i SOL??

You're going to be asked to pay for the damages you caused. If you don't pay, the other vehicle owner's insurance company is going to sue you to recover the money.
