What is the name of your state? Georgia

Does anyone know how I can protect myself from being sued when someone else was driving my vehicle (they borrowed it) and had an accident? The accident was there fault. I have liability insurane on the vehilce.

No. Since you own the vehicle you are the primary on any civil suit arising from the accident.

Didn't you understand Racer72 and his "poo" analogy in your earlier post?

The only LOGICAL way to save your self is to claim the driver beat you up, or gave you some date rape drug, and stole your car.

Then you would not have been able to say NO, and would have a defnese. of course you would have to press charges and have him arrested.
