help me plz

What is the name of your stanewjersey
i met with an accident on nov 4th
it was my freinds car which i was driving i hit the bus from back
at that timenothingh happened just a police report was made nothingh else was there
i got a letter from lawyer
now again i am being sent a certified etter from lawyer
am i bound to take the letter
or is that i am bound to reply laywer
kindly guide

wha can be if i dont accept the letter
te?
i have not yet accepted the certified mail which is being sent by lawyer
is it that i am bound to accept it
