Help: New car in accident

What is the name of your state? TX

My new 08 Highlander was hit in a rear-end collision. The rear bumper and muffler have to been replaced. I only got 500 miles on it and the out-of-door price was 30K. How much will the settlement amount be in this case?
Thanks!

The accident sounds minor. The other person's insurance should pay to repair your vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident. Nothing more.

PLUS, reasonable rental reimbursement

Sure. But they're not going to get a "settlement" for anything more then the actual costs incurred due to the accident (repairs and rental).
