while walking with friends my son (18) was hit by a car. the driver did not own the car. gieco is the insurance of the car owner. only by God's grace was he still on my insurance plan. most of the bills have been paid but my son is trying to settle with gieco. is it right for him to ask for the "Total" amount of the bills or just his out of pocket? he has talked to several lawyers and they tell him they will not take his case because there is nothing they can do. i feel helpless, i was the one who told him to seek the help of a lawyer. can you help me?
