| The insurance company is obligated to provide coverage for pre-existing condition. You will not be covered for any new medical problems. And the insurance company will insist on reimbursement from you when you settle. Make sure your settlement will at a minimum cover all your medical expenses. Hope you have been keeping track of how much the insurance company is paying.
