What is the name of your state? New Hampshire

I was hit by a car about 2 months ago. I have since gone to a lawyer, as well as many specialists. I have been going to physical therapy twice a week, and have to have an MRI on Tuesday. I was just wondering how long it was going to take until the whole thing is settled. I am going off my mom's insurance on Jan. 1 due to graduating from college, and I am concerned about my medical bills.

so what should I do about not having insurance? I'm a little concerned about the MRI and if I have to get surgery... what if the hospital doesn't take "it should be payed by ******'s car insurance?"

The insurance company is obligated to provide coverage for pre-existing condition. You will not be covered for any new medical problems. And the insurance company will insist on reimbursement from you when you settle. Make sure your settlement will at a minimum cover all your medical expenses. Hope you have been keeping track of how much the insurance company is paying.
