I was hit by a Cement Truck at an intersection. The Cement Truck Was given two tickets at the scene of the accident one for being over the legal weight and for no brakes. Because the brakes were not adjusted for the illagal weight. I am in the middle of settling with they're insurance company. I am wondering if I can sue them for Negligence. Because if they would not have overloaded that truck I would not be in this position or pain. Please let me know. I would like to sujest this to my lawyer thank you
