Hit by garbage truck

What is the name of your state? Upstate New York
I was hit by a garbage truck I have no permanent damege to me but totaled my car. Driver of truck was ticketed and addmitted fault what am I entitled to. I have filled aginst them because it was a city Truck other then property damege what else am I entitled to..I was not hurt other than a concusion..

Fair Market Value of your vehicle.
If the garbage truck is operated by the city (or other governmental entity), then file a claim directly with them. Do it quickly or you may go beyond the time allowed to file a claim, in which case you won't be able to recover.
