What is the name of your state?md

was involved in an accident where it was the other driver's fault but not yet claimed so. although due to the overwhelming facts of the incident, most likely the other insurer will cover. so question is, how can i represent self in handling this matter? from insurance coverage settlements, to medical bills, to compensation overall, and any other legal proceedings necessary?

or is it not possible? any advice or redirection of any other websites in handling this approach?

thanx,
JR

You can handle it yourself, just remember you get what you pay for. Dealing with them over the damages will be easy as long as they don't argue who was at fault. To get anything else, you will be lucky doing it yourself.
