HIT MY CAR WITH MY OTHER CAR

state of texas, car 1 hit parked car 2. car 1 has full coverage car 2 has liability only. the insurance company has said will only fix car 1. both car are on same policy and i am the owner of both cars.

i think that car 2 should be fixed by car1's liability coverage.

insurance company said no because i can not sue myself.

please help.
