I was in an accident a while ago right bofore the entrance to a freeway and I had to get on to avoid other accidents. It is now a couple months later and my mom just got a letter that says there are warrants for my arrest and I am being charged with hit n run. This is a big mistake and I need it cleared up. If I go to court are they going to arrest me? Will I need bail. I'm just a kid.
