Most insurance company policy is to repair if the costs are less than 80% of the value of the vehicle, and to total it out if above that.
Example....
Fair market value of a vehicle (in the condition immediately prior to the accident is $5000. If the cost to repair is less than $4000, insurance company will normally repair. If the cost is more, they will likely total it out.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
