A moving company hit my car in August. The car was parked on the street and when the truck pulled off it back into my car. The driver left no note. The moving company's insurance company asked me to get 3 estimates, Which I provided to them. Should I be asking for any other compensation since it was clearly their fault and they left the seen of an accident? By the way it's Oct. and I'm still waiting for payment. I'm in the state of Florida it laws are different by state.
