i was at a red light when a car smashed into the back of me and then drove off. me and another car followed him until he turned around and went back to the scene. i'm not sure if he has insurance because before the cops came i was on the phone with progressive, but when the cops came he said he didn't have insurance. that's what the police report says. my neck hurts like hell and my crapy old toyota is ruined. what should i do?
