Horseback Accident

Colorado. I was in a horseback accident in 2001 and recently my attorney helped me to take it to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court granted us the appeal. I received a moderate to severe brain injury and my life has totally changed. My concerns are as follows; if I take it back to court and lose, I have to pay defendants, if I drop it then my life stays the same and no justice was served.
