What is the name of your state? New York?

I was rear-ended by another motorist. My car is registered, insured, driver's license (everything) in Viriginia. I have been in New York for more than 10 months. My insurance company is telling me that my policy will be declared null and void. I do have the policy number of the motorist that hit me. The problem is, I do not know how I can contact the insurance company.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
