How can I find out if someone has insurance

What is the name of your state? AZ
How can I find out if someone or thier spouse has car insurance that they did not reveal at the time of the accident?

To clarify I was hit head on by an uninsured motorist who drove straight into my lane. The driver was cited for no insurance, no registration, and failutre to control speed and vehicle.

The insurance co he clained to have has no record of him. I understand that AZ is a community property state and that if his wife has insurance on an other vehicle that her insurance co would have to pay. How can I find out if she has insurance?

Sue them. If they don't want to pay out of pocket, I'm guessing they will notify their insurance company. Then you will be able to find that out.

Says who? If the car that was in the accident with you is not a listed vehicle on the wife's policy, there is no coverage.
