My car was parked at work. The spot it was in had white strips, with no other signage. A woman hit my car and cause damage to the fender. She came in and reported the accident to security. Security issued a Warning that I was parked illegally. The woman left her cell phone number and work number. She works on site at our day care center. I have tried to get her insurance information but she is not responding. Is there any way I can get this information or can she just keep ignoring me. My insurance agent said that regardless of where I was parked, she should not have hit me.
