How to deal with the low offer?

What is the name of your state? GA
Insurance claims rep. made a low offer to my total loss car. If I do not accept it, she said she would close the case down. I have already provided the evidence to show the high car value but the claims rep. did not take it. It seems to me there are only two choices; take the offer or the claim to be closed. How shall I do?

Sue the person that caused damage to your car.
