wyoming.....involved in hit & run where other driver was at fault( turned infront of oncomming traffic) how to determine how much pain & suffering is worth, had loss of ability to preform at work and simple home task, loss of sleep. from the time of accident to 5/23/01 have had headaches about 37 days, can't take prescribed meds, while at work....
