my roomate's father drove my second car and totalled it. she is on the insurance for the car with me. i didn't give him permission to drive it. can i fight him to pay for repairing the damages?
He should be completely responsible for the value of the vehicle and the expenses in collecting from him. If he caused any other property damage, he is also responsible for those costs too.
