I was involved in an accident. Other party's fault, she got ticket for that.
Later when I contacted her insurance company, they asked me to fax police report which I did. Now they are saying they can not do anything as the driver did not have active insurance. I contacted my insurance company for which they say you pay the deductible (500$) and we repair the damages. My
insurance person also said mostly they are not very strong on following up with an inividual person for recovering cost!
That means my deductible is down the drain? Please help!!
