How long does insurance claim take

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Mississippi
How long does it take for an insurance claim to go through and how long can a person wait to file?

It took Allstate in New Mexico about 40 days to settle on my totaled vehicle!!!
They were dragging there feet and jerking me around.

I've heard of cases where it takes more than a year. A month or two is normal.

Read what your policy says. It will probably have a time limit in it.
