As of now I have been without my car for 9 days
my car was crashed into and totaled on the 8th of august it was the car myself and my family used,but it seems my adjuster does not see the urgency in this.After asking her how my 10 day payoff was going(paying off my totaled car)she said she did not speak to my lean holder yet because "they kept me on hold for like 5 min"and the second time for 7 min........
So is this appropriate??
I feel my business and my car loss deserve more than a 5 min wait time
How long does it usually take??Am I being impatient?
