How much compansation?

What is the name of your state? Ohio
Daughter was driving my car, she was hit head on. The driver of the other car was driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Her injuries was minor, the main injury was to her ankle. She was unable to put any weight on this ankle for two weeks. During her time of healing she was home as she needed help. The loaner car broke down on me, her apt. was broken into while she was home, many items stolen. She missed three weeks of work(30 hours). I missed some work to exchange loaner car, to help her around the house (mainly in and out of bed, up and down steps).
When she tried to return to work, she had trouble standing on her foot, supervisor gave her such a hard time, she ended up quitting her part-time job. She is a nursing student and will be required to stand for many hours at her future job.
The insurance company wants to pay her medical bills and give her an extra $1300.00

You have no say in the matter. The only thing you are entitled to is compensation for the damage to your vehicle. As to whether your daughter should say yes, it depends if she is happy with the settlement. If she isn't, she should talk to a local personal injury attorney and discuss the options available to her. If you feel you are due other compensation, contact the insurance and file a separate claim.
