how much do you think ill get?

Got hit by someone while i was in my car at 45 mph from a stand still. There Insurance paid for my $8000.00 car and rental per me. I did not even pay my deductable. Im in pain and can only work part time. I have been going to the Dr's for the past 8 months.. But i need to get money to pay the bills.. I think ill always have neck and back pains. I dont want any more acupuncture..lol.. How much money should i get? I have a Lawyer to..??? ANy body know how to put a price on a medical student..? I dont wnat any problems later finding work duw to this car crash that was not my fault.. Thanks

Somewhere between 100$ and100,000,000$

Im sure im correct on this.If you have a very slick lawyer It would be higher im sure.And also depends on the extent of your recovery so you might try falling backwords every now and then just to stay out of shape.

I just dont wnat to settle for a $25,000.00 when later on i have problems and no one will put up with me... Just trying to figure if im realy getting better or if i waiting for the bing bang.... Its hard to put a price on it..
