In Sept. my daughther and I were rearended at a stop light at 50 mph we both suffered muscle soreness and whiplash she was affected for approx 3 weeks and I was affected for about 6 weeks. The driver of the other car was ticketed for wreckless driving. Our total medical bills were about 5,000 dollars, my car was totaled. She missed out on several school days and she missed out on tryouts for a sport she wanted to take. I am self employed and had to hire someone to do my physical work for 4 or 5 days...
