We were rear ended, and our Insurence Co sent us to one of their recommended repair shops, We pickd up the car after ther repairs were complete and discovered the CD player was'nt working, the CD changer is located in the trunk and was working when we took it in for repairs.
Our insruance co says the body shop is not responsible and that we are now out of a CD Changer because of this accident, What recourse do we have?

it doesn't matter that the body shop is or is not responsible. make a claim for the broken cd changer as part of your accident claim.

who is your carrier?
