Hurt in a car accident

What is the name of your state?Maryland
I was hit about a month ago. I was going north and a guy driving a company truck pulled out infront of me. I was happy that his companies insurance company was going to pay for my medical bills, to fix my car, and paid for the time I took off work. I was talking to his insurance company and they want me to sign a paper saying that I will not sue them. I thought that was odd that they would ask me to sign something so I am doing a little research on this issue.

A few notes.

I have never done anything liek this before.
The police said that he was fault.
I still have ongoing back problems (seems like it gets worse everyday)
I got out of the military and the VA gave me 20% disibility for my back.
--My back hurts more than it has ever hurt me in the past.
Besides talking to an attory what else could I do?
