i have a car accident(not my fault) right after i got a job but the job requires heavy lifting and my doctor told me not to carry weight over 10 LBS.so,i have i can't take the job.since then i'm on theraphy 3 times a week and my back and shoulders are in pain.i can't find a job and i'm getting broke i have alot of bills to pay.what should i do?how much will the insurance company will pay for my pain and suffering?how long will it take before they pay?by the way i have a lawyer but they don't give me the answer that i wanted.
