husband fell in city owned building while workinglate last year.floor was just washed but notices were not evident wher hewas. He injured his elbow but did not go tohospital immediately. He waited anhour or so. was treated and released given the name of a doctor to see. He did but in between time his elbow started to swell with liquid. he's been treated onand off since and willprobably need cortisone shots.He's been procrastinating about contacting alawyer. Does he have a good case?
