Husband's fault but Company truck

What is the name of your state? GA

Car accident was husband's fault but he was driving company truck with company's insurance.

We received a letter from his company's insurance stating the 25,000 personal injury may not be enough coverage for the accident for the other person.

Will my husband be sued? Or will his company? It would make sense to go after the company since they obviously have more money than my husband but it was he who was driving.

Please help! I am very worried. IF the other person wants to sue will it be my husband? And how much am I liable as his wife if he loses his job and has no paycheck?

Company Ins., Company Truck., Co. ins. not enough seems the Co. has a problem.
Was your husband on Co. time or his own time using Co. equipment.
