i dont have money to pay for debtor

I got car accident without Insurance,
it was very small damage. but they asked me $3600.and they sue me .
the judge said pay $3300 for him,
so i wanted to pay monthly $20. but the judge send me letter that says pay
immidiatly as a full amount, but i am unable to pay that much money . i dont have any money now..
i want to know what do i have to do and about writ of execution...
please,,,,

I must have missed something. The judge can order or grant a judgemet against you but can not force you to pay if you do not have the money. What is the real story?
