I hit someone with my car

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin


Today i hit a person on a bikecycle. It wasn't major, the person only fell off their bike, but being hit by a car still going to hurt.

After he got up, he just rode off. I got out of my car to see if he was OK, as he was leaving he said he was fine. 10 mins after he left i left. And now i am wondering how much trouble im in? Can he still press charges? Will the police call it a hit and run?

Go to the police dept and make a report now stating just what happened. Was it his fault? He may have been embarrassed. Let them know he took off, not you.
