I Need Help

Missouri-- I was in a car accient (1999) where i was hit from the back, the other driver was at a fault (according to the police report). I was just recently contacted by there side about settling the case. I have be to numerous doctors appointments since the accident. I would like to know what is the best way to settle this out of court without me getting a Lawyer? I have all the information about my doctors visits and the expences that i have encountered. Please Help Thanks Anita

Just take whatever they offer**************YOU hate lawyers so much, so why bother with a decent settlement months and months down the road.. when you can have CASH right NOW!

You like to suffer it makes you feel closer to god, so why worry about the amount of money you dont need it anyway, and if you get greedy then it becomes sinful right?

Anita, Don't worry your pretty little head about this they know what your injury is worth without you having a lawyer.

Anita, when this question has come up before another member referred the person to the book "How to win your personal injury claim" by Attorney Joseph L. Matthews (you can get more info on the book at www.nolo.com). There are too many factors involved for someone on this site to list them step by step.

By the way, don't pay attention to macmic's juvenile comments. He (it HAS to be a he) seems to have a problem with women who post on this site....we're either "worrying our pretty little heads off" or having illegitimate children left and right. Joanna.
