I need help and dont know what to do!!!

What is the name of your state? California
HI my name is Brittany, Last december My soon to be ex husband asked me if I wanted to build my credit and sign for a car. Being young and nieve I did just that. Not being with or talking to my soon to be ex, I received a call and the car was being repossed, I had gone to the place were it was purchased from Autoville. Because I could not afford to have my credit more screwed more than what it already is, not realizing I cant afford it financially either. A long story short, i am paying $336 a month and a grand total of 9,000 for a 1991 acura that has over 204,311 miles on it, the tires are worn, the brakes are bad, the a\c does not work as well as a few minor things here and there, Not to mention the repo fees. I feel in a very strong way that I am being taking advantage of. I had also gone to the BBB and there has been 3 complaints within the last 36 months on this company. Please some one help me or a least give me some knowledge about this situation. Any HELP will be much appreciated.
Thank You,
Brittany

You are being taken advantage of - by your husband. Your divorce lawyer may have some ideas for you.

I know that. I am doing my divorce on my own with no laywer. I decided not to even mention the car, to speed up the process. I was wanting to know what actions I can take on the company, if anything at all.. Lemon Law? maybe..

I doubt that you can do anything against the company. For your own sake, please, hire a lawyer or your ex-to-be will take advantage of you more.
