I was uninsured

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I was uninsured and hit by an insured driver who went thru a red light, do I have any rights at all?

Were the police called? What does the accident report say?

And why don't you have insurance?

no insurance

Police report says she ran the red light. Many witnesses. Thankfully she is not too badly hurt. Long story on the reason, but ignorance is no excuse. Insurance is handled differently on this coast, I've always paid yearly, not exactly sure how this happened but I've apparently been without insurance for a few months. I've only lived here for six months and I'd like to find out what I'm up against. ( I was ticketed for not having current insurance)

Having no insurance doesn't make you at fault. You should submit a claim to her insurance company for your damages. You're only responsible for the ticket that you received.

And get insurance asap!
