What is the name of your state? California.

I was rear ended in a car accident where the defendant was 100% at fault and would not pay me. Finally I was forced to take him to court.

I only had liability insurance and the defendant had NO insurance at all.

The police report showed the defendant at fault 100%.

I won the case, how do I force the defendant to pay me?

What forms do I need to fill now that I won the case?

Can the defendant get away without paying for the damges to my car?

How can I garnish his wages if he refuses to pay?

He sent me an e-mail asking if he can pay me in payments.
I do not want payments, I want the full amount because I do not trust him.

I want him to pay me the full amount not payments. He told me before we went to court he would pay me in payments but never payed me one nickel.

Please help?

Thanks

Go to your nearest big box bookstore and find the section with legal books. There should be one by Nolo Press on small claims court in California. It will have all the information you need to collect on the judgment.
