If I give AmFam these pictures, can they be used against me?

I'm in colorado, and was involved in an accident on Aug. 5, in which I was traveling on a main road and had another driver, making a left turn from a stop sign, pull in front of me. I impacted the right front side of her vehicle. The police sited her for a left turn violation. I filed a claim on her insurance that day. Today I was informed that she is trying to tell her claims adjuster that she was already in the lane, several car lengths down the road, left turn completed, and then I lane changed into her. I have photos showing my truck, probably 50 feet down the road, still in the lane, with her suv in the turn lane. I want to show these photos to the insurance company, but my fear is that if I give them the photos, and they still do not assume liability, that they will use them against me in court. So should I give them the photos? And how strong is my case against?

If you give them the photos, they can use them.

That's all I can tell you about the photos since I cannot see them.

Sounds like the police report says it all...did they cite you for anything?
