I am an aviation mechanic and was injured in a ground accident about a year ago. The company had no workers comp and i was promised that all my medical expenses and lost time at work would be covered. I have seen not one red cent. I am personal with the owners of this business, but am fed up with the passing of the buck between them and the insurance company. I was told i would have to sign a release to recieve compensation, but have signed nothing to date. I am not out for blood, but I would like to pay off these debts to clear my credit. I live in Texas and would appreciate any help i can have with this situation.
